We have an integrated full service medi-spa, The Spa at Stonegate (see listing), to provide state-of-the-art noninvasive procedures including Botox, advanced fillers, laser hair reduction, intense pulsed light (IPL), photofacials, microdermabrasion, medical peels, laser skin resurfacing, and mineral makeup. In addition, we have a fully accredited surgical facility, which allows procedures to be carried out safely, efficiently, confidentially and economically.

Laser Hair Reduction

Unwanted or excess hair can be permanently and painlessly removed or reduced using recently developed technologies of diode lasers and intense pulsed light. Typically, several treatments are needed since each treatment targets the individual hair follicle most effectively in a certain phase of growth. Followup treatments are typically scheduled four to six weeks later to target other hair follicles that are now in their most sensitive growth phase. Small areas such as the underarms or upper lip can be treated in 10-15 minutes or less, whereas larger areas such as the legs or back may take 30 minutes or longer per session. Our patients have been particularly pleased with their results from laser hair reduction. We utilize two of the most effective technologies available for laser hair reduction, the Lumenis Light Sheerâ„¢ ET diode laser system and the Palomar StarluxÂ® intense pulsed light system.
