Dr. Ayoub Sayeg, Director of Sayeg Plastic Surgery Center and Dr. Michael Akkashian have combined their knowledge, expertise and talents to form the Michigan Anti-Aging Institute.

Michael B. Akkashian, MD
Director, Michigan Anti-Aging Institute

Director of the Michigan Anti-Aging Institute, Dr. Michael Akkashian has received formal training in Anti-Aging and Functional Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.

A Michigan native, he received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine, graduating both with honors. He completed his Emergency Medicine residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak and is a Board Certified Emergency Physician.

Dr. Akkashian is on staff at Oakwood Hospital and Medical Center. He is married and has two children.

Ayoub Sayeg, MD
Director, Sayeg Plastic Surgery Center

Dr. Sayeg received his medical degree from the University of Toronto and served his general surgery residency at Washington Hospital Center, Washington, D. C. Dr. Sayeg served his plastic surgery residency at Wayne State University.

Dr. Sayeg has published several articles in his specialty and has made presentations at international and local medical meetings. Dr. Sayeg is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, Cosmetic and Breast Fellowship Trained and a member of the American Society of Liposuction Surgery, American Society of Hair Restoration Surgery, American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery.

Dr. Sayeg is married and has two children.
