HAIR REMOVAL
Laser has been shown to be the best treatment by far for permanent hair removal. Many lasers will remove hair, but may also kill cells that make pigment. They leave a white spot or scar where the hair once was. Our lasers are FDA approved not to do this. Lasers work by having their light energy absorb into the pigment of the hair bulb or club beneath the skin. Once the light energy is absorbed it instantly changes to heat and kills the hair. Darker hair and faster growing hair have higher success. Up to 50% of the hair on the face can be removed with one treatment. 30 to 40% of the hair over the bikini areas or under the arms may be removed with one treatment.

Years of experience have allowed us to easily monitor the laser to assure no significant discomfort. Occasionally some post treatment redness or mild swelling may occur. This should only last for a day or two at most. Intervals between treatments may be as soon as every month or may take up to three months depending on where the hair is growing. Electrolysis and topical creams are other options that we use. You will likely find us to be nicer, cheaper, gentler, and more successful than other hair removal offices.
