At VeinsPlus (formerly the Vein and Laser Clinic of Lansing), we know how important it is for you to look and feel your best. We offer a variety of professional treatments and services for those painful and unsightly spider and varicose veins.
Our new facility houses Lansing's largest array of advanced technology for the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of venous disease. Diagnostic ultrasound imaging enables us to quickly understand the venous anatomy of our patients. Dr. Manuel Garcia treats unsightly large and painful varicose veins using the state-of-the-art CoolTouch, Laser Technology, VNUS, radio frequency technology, and Ultrasound-guided Foam Sclerotherapy. We also treat cosmetic spider veins and blue veins of the legs, hands, and face using microsclerotherapy and intense-pulsed light therapy.
HAIR REMOVAL
VeinsPlus offers state-of-the art technology in the treatment unwanted facial and body hair. We utilize both the Aurora ELOS technology, which incorporates both intense pulsed light energy and radiofrequency. We also utilize Lumenis-1 technology, which is the second generation of Lumenis intense pulsed light therapy. Hair follicles have 3 phases of growth. Permanent Hair Removal occurs when hair follicles are treated during their active phase of growth. For this reason, individuals may require more than one treatment, so that this will allow hair in dormant phases to convert to active phases of growth allowing for successful treatment.
