We are located in Suite 110 at the Michigan Athletic Club in the E.W. Sparrow Health Science Pavilion. Dr. Colony's practice is dedicated to cosmetic plastic surgery and he has practiced in East Lansing, Michigan for over 20 years. Michigan Plastic Surgery maintains a private state-of-the-art operating and recovery room for all types of cosmetic surgery using local, twilight, or general anesthesia. The Michigan Plastic Surgery clinic also offers a full complement of non-surgical rejuvenation options, including: botox, peels, sclerotherapy, injectable fillers (Collagen, Restylane, Juvederm, Evolence, Artefill), mesotherapy (non-surgical fat reduction) and percutaneous collagen induction (needling). Through Michigan Skin Care, we also provide a full range of medispa services and products.

Initial cosmetic consultations are complimentary. When you schedule an appointment, information forms will be sent to you for review and completion. Fees for proposed procedures and services are provided for all patients. We participate with many insurance plans and our staff will assist with pre-authorization and referrals when applicable. Accepted payment options include: Master Card, VISA, American Express, Discover, American Society of Plastic Surgeons endorsed financing program, and Care Credit.

Laser Hair Removal

Laser and intense pulsed light devices target growing hair follicles in order to reduce the growth of unwanted hair. A series of treatments is required and results are skin and hair color dependent with the best candidates having either dark or light skin.
